PharmaConex is recruiting a Support or Supervising Pharmacist in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny.
You will become part of an Independent Pharmacy, working in a modern environment, with a strong and growing prescription trade along with an excellent team support including two pharmacy technicians and an experienced OTC staff member.
This is a Maternity Leave role (10/12 months) with ideally a start date in mid-April 2024. The role requires working 5 or 4 days 9-6PM, (one Saturday in two). No Sundays, Bank Holidays, or late nights with good roster flexibility. The dispensary system used is Touchstore RX365.

You will have the opportunity to lead and grow a range of established pharmacy services, vaccination and other injection services, cardiovascular and diabetes screening services and many more. Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) is a must. For Supervising Pharmacist role, at least 3 years of post-registration experience is also required.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with your team, patients, and all other relevant stakeholders
- Ensuring the professional, legal and contractual obligations of the pharmacy are honoured
- Ensuring that all pharmacy operations are consistent with the highest standards of patient centered care and patient safety. In the client's pharmacy operations are focused on ensuring the pharmacist is constantly available to offer personal care to patients.
- Works with the pharmacy team, the owner and group colleagues to ensure the business is performing in line with expectations
