Where did you work before PharmaConex? : Before PharmaConex I worked in Australia as a Receptionist/Accounts Administrator for Linkforce Engineering, one of Western Australia’s leading Engineering Companies.
This is where I got a taste for Recruitment, as Linkforce provide their own Internal Recruitment team. I knew when I returned to Ireland I wanted to find a similar role which is when I came across Pharmaconex.
Tell us about your job in PharmaConex : Working in a fast paced and demanding environment, I accurately manage pharmacist cover for stores within the Dublin and Kildare region. This in return requires a lot of organisation, planning and resourcing which I thoroughly enjoy.
I work closely with both Clients and Pharmacists alike to understand and meet their exact requirements daily. I think the relationships we have built over the past few years has a huge part to play in the success of our company.
What do you love most about your role? : My favourite part of the job is being able to help others out. Whether it is a pharmacy looking for emergency cover or a pharmacist looking to fill up their diary, it is very satisfying being able to offer my assistance to both our clients and locums.
What is your favourite thing about working for PharmaConex? : The relationships I have built up with Clients and Pharmacists over my time here. Also, working alongside a highly motivated and positive team who are always on hand to help each other out. I believe this is the key to a successful company.
